By using the iz app, you are deemed to accept the terms below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
1. Description of the service
iz is a mobile app that lets users keep a personal journal, store their memories and create family profiles. Your content is stored only in your own cloud account.
2. User obligations
You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for not creating content that violates others’ privacy or is illegal or harmful. You are responsible for the security of your account and your PIN.
3. Child profiles
Creating profiles for children under 18 is the parent’s responsibility. The parent is responsible for the child’s content and the security of the profile.
4. Subscription and payment
iz is offered in two plans, Free and Extra. Extra features are available with a monthly or yearly subscription. Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellations and refunds are subject to the terms of the respective platform.
5. Intellectual property
The iz app, its design and its software belong to Can Başoğlu. Content created by users belongs to the users. The app may not be copied, distributed or modified without permission.
6. Limitation of liability
iz does not store your content on its own servers. It cannot be held responsible for data loss in your cloud account. The app is provided “as is”; it is not guaranteed to work without interruption or errors.
7. Account deletion
When you delete the app, the local data on your device is removed. Content in Google Drive can be deleted from Google Drive.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Significant changes are announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
